Assuming you are using the online version at MyFertilityCharts, go to the Ovulation Charts page (under the Fertility) menu.  Scroll down underneath the chart.  You will see a table highlighting ovulation date estimates for various analysis techniques.  Under that is a link that says "Show Manual Ovulation Override".  Click on that and you will be able to specify the ovulation date manually.

Unfortunately there is not currently a good way to do that.  You can manually specify the ovulation date, but that is specified by the outlined date and not the cross hairs.

In the future, we have a feature planned which will allow you to restart analysis from midway in a cycle.  This is not yet available though.

Seeing as I am 28 days post ovulation, and it has been 20 days since my last day of intercourse, and am not pregnant, I think it is safe to say that I did not ovulate on the projected day. How do I delete the red lines, so it looks like a pre-ovulatary cycle?
